Priority Health Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy covers your aggregate, de-identified data that Abridge shares with Priority Health when you identify as a Priority Health member within the Abridge App. You should read the Abridge Privacy Policy which applies to how Abridge uses your personal data.

• How do I authorize Abridge to share data with Priority Health?
  You authorize Abridge to share certain aggregate, de-identified data with Priority Health when you identify yourself as a Priority Health member in the Abridge App and agree to this Abridge - Priority Health Privacy Policy.

• What Personal Data is Covered?
  You agree to let Abridge share certain aggregate, de-identified information with Priority Health. This includes:

  • Your de-identified, aggregate activities within the Abridge application, such as how many times you (1) use the Abridge application, (2) share conversations, or (3) record conversations.

• What can Priority Health do with my Abridge data?
  Data shared with Priority Health will be used in accordance with Priority Health's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you wish to access, edit or delete data shared by Abridge with Priority Health, you must contact them directly at the contact information listed in their Policy. Priority Health will not be receiving or storing recordings, transcripts, or summaries.

• Can I change my mind?
  You can withdraw your consent for Abridge to share data with Priority Health within the Abridge App or by emailing priorityoptout@abridge.com
